This 6-month program includes:
- 1 hour group coaching and support sessions
- Currently held Mondays at 10am MST and Thursdays at 5pm MST (more sessions may be added as needed)
- Participants are encouraged to join at least once a week.
- Sessions are recorded and available for member online viewing.
- Customized Food for Thought worksheets to help you apply each weeks' principles
- Access to a closed Facebook page where members can receive support 24/7.
